this is the second whirlpool range that we have bought. I first lasted for 10 years, and was still working, when we replaced it. We had no problems with this first one and do not anticipated any with this one.

Great price for an excellent oven!! Love the new features: convection oven and dual elements! I am able to make cookies on two racks at a time with the convection oven. And the dual elements are saving me energy when I use the smaller one and not waste the overage. Great buy!!

it will take time to learn all the "ins and outs" of this electric range. so far, very happy with it. however, my first experience with the frozen pizza setting was a catastrophe; burned the pizza to a crisp. I will not ever use nor attempt to use that setting again!!!!!

I needed a new range and this was the range. It has five burners Two front dual burners,three smaller ones with, one being for warming or melting butter. Baking is faster and I have a choice if I want to use the convection or not. I also adore that the self cleaning oven, leaves no ash or requires wiping. We love this range.

This was a rather expensive range in my opinion, so I expected better (faster) performance. Preheat takes significantly longer than my 12+ year old GE range. That goes for regular preheat as well as convection, although convection preheat takes even longer, which makes me less likely to use it. Using the frozen bake feature doesn't help for cutting down on preheat time as the items I am baking are not pizza or lasagna and fries on frozen bake do not end up crispy. The timer isn't loud enough for me to hear in other rooms of the house and there is no way to adjust the volume that I can find in either the instructions or online. This was also something that wasn't a problem with my old range. This purchase was an indulgence for myself when I remodeled my kitchen. Now I just wish I had my old range back because it preheated super fast compared to the new Whirlpool range and I could hear the timer in other rooms. Or maybe I should have purchased a different brand. It just makes me feel sad and disappointed.
